Curing Press 55"-68" for LTR, TBR and bias tyres (B-Type)
This Curing press is a mechanical type with DOUBLE cavity. The beam moves vertically and slide back (or tilting over) for Tyre loading and unloading. The center mechanism is BOM type and curing mold is heated by Steam Dome or Platen.
Other features of this type are:
Single-or Dual -column Vertical Chuck loader, Dual-cylinder Unloading Device, Pro-bar style Mold Stripping Unit. As per customer's request, auto mold-adjusting device, SMO drive Device, PCI and Green Tyre Holder are available. Curing piping can also be made to order.
This Curing press use PLC for Real-time Control, and Touch Screen PC for human-machine Operation Interface. All parameters can be re-set during Curing Cycle, and Real-time data collection/preservation, alarming, as well as data back dating can also be realized through this system. With Ethernet interface, curing press group-management is available.
This Curing press is applicable for curing LTR, TBR and bias tyres with steam or Nitrogen as curing medium
